The deal

We build a website for your dental practice from information you and the public already have, show it to you before any money changes hands, and — if you decide you want it — sell it to you once. Three prices: $249 for the files alone, $399 with us running it (hosting, domain, daily backups, first year of site care), $499 adding the front-desk work. Each is a single payment.

What you own

• The code, the images, the copy, and the domain. From the first minute, whether you paid us yet or not.
• Nothing is held back, and there is no export fee if you leave.
• Any domain bought for you is registered with you as the registrant, not us.

What we promise

• Every word on the site comes from something you or the public record says. Where we have no data, the section is left out, not filled with stock text.
• The loads-in-under-a-second claim is measured on your site before you ever see it, not quoted from a comparisons table.
• Nothing patient-related is collected or stored by the site. Patients who want to reach your front desk call you.

What is not included

• Booking systems and patient forms. They hold patient information, which means HIPAA business-associate work and a recurring security burden. We do not ship them.
• Paid advertising. We build and maintain the site; we do not buy your ads.

Refunds

Stated in full on the refund policy page. The short version: if the site we shipped is materially not what you approved, you get your money back.

Ending it

• If we host, you can stop at any time — there is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews. The site stays yours and we hand over whatever we hold.
• If you are on the hosted tier and your hosting lapses, the site goes offline but nothing is deleted for 90 days.
• We can stop serving a site we built if it is used for something the practice record cannot support — but you still own the files.

Liability

The fee you paid is the limit of what we owe you. We are a website company, not your insurer.
