Chairside stores very little, because the thing most website companies store — patient information — is the thing this product is built to avoid.

The short version

What Chairside collects

When the practice places an order or a claim, we keep a record of:

If you sign in to read a preview, we hold the email address you signed in with and the login itself. Nothing else is required.

The practice website we build may use information from the practice's public Google listing or other public listings: name, address, phone, hours, services and public reviews. That information was already public, and it is about the practice, not about a patient.

What Chairside never collects

What is stored where

Order and practice records live in an encrypted database operated by Cloudflare in the United States. The session that keeps you signed in is an encrypted cookie that expires after 30 days or when you sign out. Nothing else is written to your device.

Email

We email the link to your portal and, if you order, a receipt. Replies come to a person and are kept as long as they are useful, then deleted. We do not add you to a marketing list by placing an order; if there ever is one, joining is a separate choice.

Deletion

Email richard@grea.site and ask: your order records are deleted within 30 days. The website we built you is yours — deleting our copy does not touch yours.
