Questions practices actually ask
Did you really build a site without asking me?
Yes, from information you already publish, and we show it before asking for anything. It carries a watermark, it is not live, and it is marked noindex so it cannot compete with your existing site. If you would rather we had not, reply and it is deleted.
What does it cost to look?
Nothing. There is no deposit and no build fee. $199 a month is the plan most practices pick; the cheapest is $99, and owning the files outright is $400 once.
Is it a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel any time. If a practice is not getting anything out of it we would rather they left than paid us for a year.
Who owns the site?
If you buy it outright, you do. On a monthly plan the site is hosted and maintained by us, which is what the fee is for; the copy, photos and reviews are yours either way.
What about patient information?
Nothing in this system stores any. There are no forms on the draft and no trackers, and a patient who wants an appointment is pointed at your own phone number. That is a design constraint, not a policy we promise to keep.
Why is my site marked "not affiliated"?
Because it is honest. Until you hire us, a page carrying your name should not look like you made it or endorsed it. The label comes off when the site goes live with your approval.
